I have taken a pre paid Sim of BSNL from Rawatbhata, (Malik Stationers)on 14/08/2013. The Sim was not activated than I was contacted customer care. As per them my Sim was activated and they advised me to recharge it than only it will work. than I have recharge it by Rs 20/ but still it is not working and showing SOS call meanwhile i have contacted my dealer about and he has ask for my ID proof as earlier ID submitted by me was rejected by BSNL representative, I have again submitted alternate Photo IDs on 24/08/2013 but still my sim is showing SOS call only. My particulars ara as follows:

and i have submmited all documents to my delear
