I have installed various sanitary equipment and tiles at my house of estimated cost nearly 800000 rupees at the time of sale by the dealer I was really impressed by the manner of tackling customers but when it come to service I feel cheated as I have installed taps of MARC at my house hoping for the best service and the life time relaxation as the company gives life time warranty through dealer on this product but after 5 years only these taps are leaking for this I have complained to respective dealer I.e. ceramic point kota several times and also at the ho of Marc sanitary but no action is taken yet. The problem is severe as my various taps are leaking and the single tap cost thousand of rupess.I am feeling cheated by the company. Thus before going for purchasing anything from this dealer I suggest you to think twice I also suggest you to purchase goods from any other dealer even if you getting it at higher amount.
