I switched from viatapsges.com as my server a few days ago as they crashed several times durning the first 30 days. They have a 30 money back policy. I applied for a refund under this policy. I have not heard back from then since. In fact the service ticket number I sent in is gone in my ticket history, but other tickets I sent in are still there. Now they do not answer their phones like they did when I first signed up. I will keep you posted. I did after persistence, get my money back. I now am served by canadianwebhoasting.com and we will see how they preform.
