I agree completely with the 1st reviewer... Rudest bunch of waiters!!! -Unprofessional (waiters who were free were sitting on empty tables meant for custer and chit chatting) -Super Rude, Arguing waiters -No sense of table manners in serving or any other etiquettes I was rudely argued on Tandoori Chicken FRY which looked like normal chicken deep fried in oil and the spelling of Stew which they wrote as ISTOO and was told "Aise toh hum har customer ke liye alag menu banayenge" And after being snapped by one waiter as "English na sunao hume, hume nai aati angreji" that too when I said very decently "Why are you being rude?" I left the place without eating anything... @Royal Firdous: Do you put the criteria of "being rude" in job description when you hire your waiters!!! Educate your staff or you will face bigger issues in future... Wish you all the good luck (u seriously need it)

Our experience was excellent. In a mostly veg Kota, hotel Royal Firdaus is a silverling for non veg lovers. The food was awesome. Service was ok. Although it could do with some hygiene improvement which is its downside surely. I will definitely recommend a repeat visit.

I have visited Firdaus restaurant a few times. The food served is of excellent quality and prices are quite reasonable. Services are very prompt.

Food might be good, but customer service, delivery service, ettiques, are all poor and sub-standard for a restaraunt. If you order delivery plan to wait for about 30mins longer than they say. And oh PREPARED TO BE INSULTED IF YOU TELL THEM ABOUT THEIR SERVICE AND THAT THE FOOD IS COLD. Need to get thir act together. Business run on customers, learn to RESPECT THEM!
