AHMEDABAD: The second day of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) three-day convention - Dharma Prasad at Pirana was marked with participants taking a dig at state government policies. The convention was attended by over 1,000 people. On Sunday, VHP international general secretary Pravin Togadia said that the state government should refrain from bringing the 'prevention of communal and targeted violence' Bill.
