    PUNE: Much depends on the course typhoon Rammasun takes in the coming days, though India Meteorological Department officials are concerned that it will affect the monsoon in India. If Rammasun becomes very intense and moves towards Japan, it may weaken the monsoon here further. However, on a brighter note, if the typhoon is less intense and moves more westward, it may even trigger another monsoon spell after around seven days.
