Staff behavior is not good , while inquiry they are taking very rudely. my parasol was reached at kota before 10 days , they was not confirm parasol has reached or not. while asking he told there is no service area . then i told him OK no issue i am sending my staff to collect spare . then he told me that parasol not available. why they are laying . as per online status parasol is in kota.
