I am a qualified CMA since1996. In my organisation promotion policy is 3year. I was in 1993 in the sclae whilemy junior was since 1994 . DPC was not declared since 1999 nean while avacancy was created ans I got chance of selection two stage hire than post of 1993. Lateron in DPC my junior got t promotion in 1997 but i did't hence my salary was less than my junior. I request for pay protection but my request not considered on the ground that post promotion scale of junior & Senior is not equal while my view that I did not given a chance of promotion in 1996 or 1997 hence my slalry my be protected since 1997 (date of promotion of my Junior).
